Directions from North Salem:

1.      Head South on Commercial St towards south Salem.

2.      As you pass the Salem Public Library, be sure to stay in the far right lane.

3.      The entrance to The Meridian will be on the right side, just before reaching Mission St.

 

Directions from South Salem:

1.      Head North on Commercial St towards downtown Salem.

2.      Continue as Commercial St turns slightly right and becomes Liberty St SE

3.      Turn left at Ferry St (first left turn after passing The Grand Hotel)

4.      Turn left onto Commercial St, and move into the far right lane.

5.      The entrance to The Meridian will be on the right side, just before reaching Mission St.

 

Directions from Mission Street:

1.      Heading West on Mission St., cross Commercial St.

2.      You may park in the 2 hour parking along the right side of the street and take the stairs on the left side of the building up to the first floor, OR

3.      The Lower/West parking lot is the first driveway to the right after passing the 2 hour parking.

4.      Enter the building through the double doors, and take the elevator to the 1st floor.

5.      The entrance to Cascade Cardiology will be the double doors on your left.

6.      Follow the hall way to the left, and check-in on the opposite side of the waiting room.
